The Story is about… hang on a minute there is no story. This is just Donkey Kong beating up pigs, monkeys and elephant tanks- yeah that right elephant tanks, while you let your hands bleed to death. Is the story about Donkey Kong punching a load of animals? Cool, I think this’ll be a great game for the kids. So Donkey Kong is controlled by the bongos, left bongo to go left, right bongo to go right, both to jump and clap to- yeah that’s right Clapping, did anyone else think they’d actually use there hands to do more than pressing buttons while playing games? I didn’t think so either. Clap to attack and grab dem nanas’, clapping to attack, beat the A button all the way.
So you’ve got the 18 bosses- whohoho! 18! Awesome right? WRONG! It’s really 5 because the four Monkeys are the same, 4 Warthogs are the same, 4 Bird-things are the same and 4 Elephant tanks are the same- gotta lov dem elephant tanks. And the 2 FINAL BOSSES are exactly the same as each other. WHAT THE HELL? That’s just like they’re all clone characters from brawl or something. I’m not saying that they are the same people, there more like re-colours of the first boss but with another attack, sort of like Mephiles the Dark to Shadow the Hedgehog. For The Monkeys you stand still and you punch the other one to death, but then get pissed of and finally learn to ‘DODGE!’ and then you have to wait then counter-attack by clapping THEN YOU CAN PUNCH the monkey to Death. Definitely a kids game. For the pigs you wait for them to throw a coconut at you then you catch it, throw it at them THEN YOU CAN PUNCH the pig to Death. For the Birds you punch them the egg to disable it THEN YOU CAN PUNCH the egg to Death. For those Elephant tanks you throw a pineapple bomb- pineapple bombs? Awesome! BUT YOU CAN’T PUNCH the elephant tanks to Death, u use even more pineapple bombs!
Before the bosses are two stages, who knows what you’ll do in them. There are 16 Kingdoms so that gives you 32 levels. You’ll of course have grab dem nanas’ to get more health for the boss fights. If you grab the bananas by walking into them, you won’t get as many points, but if you clap near an area with a couple of bananas you get more, like if there were 5 bananas and you walked into them you would only get 5 points but if you clap and get all of them at the same time then you would get around 13. You can also get combos to increase how many you’ll get. Getting these combos isn’t hard you could swing off a vine to get one, then if you get another combo than you get even more points. To get combos you could jump off a wall, use the squirrel parachute- more random awesomeness, use the birds, swing off a flower, use the springy gooey stuff, there is loads of things that you can do to increase the combo score and get more points. Some levels put you on a bull, you ride in and do a load of craziness. When you complete a level, you go into a bonus mini- play games when you must smash you bongos to death and get a hell load of more bananas in about 5 seconds.
